Filing a document before the next day through the “My Arbitrator” system is compliance with the procedural deadline.

By virtue of paragraph 4, clause 29 of the Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Arbitration Court of the Russian Federation dated 25.12.2013 No. 99 "On procedural deadlines", the date and time of filing a complaint filed through the "My Arbitrator" system will be considered the date and time of receipt of the document in the system, which are determined by the date and time contained in the notification of receipt of documents in the system. The moment of filing a complaint through the "My Arbitrator" system is determined by Moscow time.
