• Advising the largest foreign manufacturer of paint and varnish products in Russia on setting up a Russian-Chinese joint venture. In the course of the project, a corporate structure was established in China, corporate agreements were made and the track of initial financing was determined. The project was implemented in cross-companion with Chinese advisers and the application of Chinese and Russian law.
• Representation of a minority shareholder in a dispute on joint recovery of over RUB 500 million in damages from the CEO and majority shareholder of a major Russian fishing company in connection with the siphoning off of the company's assets.
• Successful representation of a client who performed subcontracting works under a concession agreement for the construction of a federal facility (Bridge). The general contractor, which was part of the same group of companies as the concessionaire, refused to perform the contractor agreements with the client and, without accepting the work actually performed, demanded the return of the advance payment in the amount of more than RUB 500 million.
• In fact, the general contractor's debt to the client, taking into account the actual work performed, amounted to more than 85 million rubles, which the lawyers of Sudohod's dispute resolution practice managed to prove.
• Successful reduction of the bankruptcy trustee's remuneration in a bankruptcy case from 50 million to 10 million rubles. We managed to prove to the court that the debtor's assets were in the bankruptcy estate not due to the actions of the bankruptcy trustee. The interests were defended in relation to an international company with headquarters in Switzerland.
• Successful support of bankruptcy proceedings with replenishment of the bankruptcy estate sufficient for full repayment of creditors' claims by challenging transactions made prior to bankruptcy proceedings. The total amount of replenishment of the bankruptcy estate exceeded 80 million rubles.
