A contract had been made between the terminal and logistics complex (TLC) and the bailor for the acceptance, storage, dispatch and transportation of containers.

The container lease agreement between the owners and the bailor was terminated.

Following a series of negotiations, it was possible to reconcile the positions of all parties to the dispute and terminate the proceedings on terms satisfactory to the Client.
