As a result of supporting the disputes with bankruptcy practice, it was possible to prove the validity of the payment of dividends in the amount of 190 million rubles after the fire at the Debtor's warehouse, and also to prove that the Debtor could and should have continued normal business activities after the fire, taking into account that the amount of losses and the causal relationship were determined 7 years after the fire.

The interests were protected in relation to a leading engineering company specializing in the design and construction of industrial facilities, hospitals and pharmaceutical plants in the territory of the Russian Federation, performing turnkey work in accordance with Russian and European standards (GMP, FDA, WHO, ISO)

Bringing to subsidiary liability the ultimate beneficiaries in connection with the losses caused by the fire, in the total amount of 890 million rubles.
