The result of maintaining the size of creditors' claims is the sale of the Debtor's property at auction with a total value of more than 940 million rubles.

The bankruptcy practice team managed to prove the absence of reality of the Debtor's obligations to creditors, establish the actual affiliation of creditors, which resulted in the refusal to include creditors in the RTC for 1.34 billion rubles, and also invalidate a number of transactions with the said creditors for a total of 450 million.
