It can often escalate not only in a legal dispute, but also result in sanctions from regulatory authorities and, most importantly, set a dangerous precedent for other employees. - PRELIMINARY ANALYSIS - Development of a conflict protocol and negotiating positions — how much the company is willing to pay, on what terms a pre-trial agreement can be concluded.
