The legal company Sudohod, located at the domain name https://sudohod.info/, OOO Sudohod, INN 9710092348 and legal address 125009, Moscow, Bryusov lane, 8-10, building 2, represented by the general director Aleksey Gennadievich Kulkov, acting on the basis of the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", publishes a Public Offer for the sale of services remotely.

1. DEFINITION OF TERMS

1.1. Public offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer") - a public offer of the Contractor addressed to an indefinite number of persons to conclude a contract for the provision of services remotely (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") with the Contractor on the terms and conditions contained in this Offer, including all Appendices.

1.2. Ordering services on the Sudohod company website - familiarization with case materials, filing or receiving documents, participation in a court hearing on a completed position, transcription of an audio protocol, practice of special assignments, and others, when submitting an application for the provision of services on the Sudohod website or through the Operator.

2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.1. The Customer's order of services posted on the Sudohod website means that the Customer agrees with all the terms and conditions of this Offer.

2.2. The Sudohod website administration has the right to make changes to the Offer without notifying the Customer.

2.3. The Offer is valid for an unlimited period, unless otherwise specified on the Sudohod website.

2.4. The Contractor provides the Customer with complete and reliable information about the services, including information about the main consumer properties of the services, the place of performance, as well as information about the available technical services and practices on the Sudohod website, in the "Services" section.

3. FORMING AN APPLICATION

3.1. The application for services is made by the Customer through the Sudohod website service in the "Submit an online application" section.

3.2. When registering an application on the Sudohod website, the Customer undertakes to provide the following registration information:

3.2.1. last name, first name, patronymic or name of the organization (organizational and legal form);

3.2.2. contact phone number;

3.2.3. information about the customer (organizational and legal form);

3.2.4. court case number.

3.2.5. a link to the case card or to the latest judicial act on the required separate dispute

3.2.6. a link to the required case materials

3.3. Other clarifying data, including the format for issuing materials, is specified in the corresponding field in the application for a particular service.

3.4. If the Contractor requires additional information, he has the right to request it from the Customer in any possible way.

In the event that the Customer fails to provide the necessary information, the Contractor shall not be liable for the service selected by the Customer.

3.5. When placing an Order through the Operator (clause 3.1. of the Offer), the customer undertakes to provide the information specified in clause 3.2. of the Offer.

3.6. The Customer accepts the terms of the Offer by entering the relevant data into the registration form on the Sudohod website or when placing an application through the Operator. After the application is submitted through the Operator, the Customer's data is registered in the Contractor's database. Having approved the application for the selected service, the Customer provides the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph 3.2. of the Offer.

3.7. The Contractor is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Customer when submitting the application.

3.8. The Contractor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when submitting the application.

3.9. The contract for the provision of services remotely between the Contractor and the Customer is considered concluded from the moment the Customer and the Contractor sign the contract by scanning the document or using the electronic document management service.

4. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF INFORMATION TO THE CUSTOMER

4.1. The Contractor transfers information to the Customer on the completed task as a result of rendering the service in the form of a link to a file or by postal (courier) delivery as agreed.

4.2. The Customer specifies the place of transfer of information when submitting an application for the performance of the service.

4.3. The period for transferring information to the Customer depends on the apparatus of a particular body transferring any information.

4.4. The received information is transferred to the Customer, and in the absence of the Customer - to an authorized person who has presented a power of attorney or other document confirming the conclusion of the Agreement.

4.5. At the time of transfer of information, the information specified in the Agreement must be transferred to the Customer in writing.

4.6. Information on the services rendered is communicated to the Customer in technical documentation (certificate, invoice) attached to the invoice for payment of the services rendered.

4.7. Information on mandatory confirmation of conformity of the services rendered is provided in the manner and by the methods established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and includes information on the number of the document confirming such conformity, its validity period and the organization that issued it.
