Legal practices
As part of its Special Assignments Practice, Sudohod's team often handles unusual tasks where a results-oriented approach is crucial.
If needed, a dedicated team is formed to work on the project, which develops a task implementation roadmap and timeline in consultation with the client.
SELECTED COMPLETED PROJECTS
| Gathering evidence of a negative fact in 56 cities across Russia |
While representing a client in a major corporate dispute, our team was tasked with gathering evidence that, at a specific point in time, there was no sign of a particular company at the warehouses of a federal enterprise, while another company's sign was present. It was impossible to have these facts notarised. Sudohod specialists took photos and videos and made on-site reports in 56 cities across Russia. This block of evidence was accepted by the court |
| Digitisation of documents for a bank |
A large-scale project in which Sudohod built and structured a business process for receiving, processing and analysing statements for a major bank. The project team comprised 12 members, including financiers, lawyers and employees of the Litigation Support Department. |
| Preparation and printing of 186 volumes for court | As part of a multi-billion ruble litigation, the court found it impossible to print and bind a huge number of documents. Acting in the interests of our clients, we processed more than 10,000 documents, printed them out and bound them in accordance with judicial filing instructions. This task took more than 240 hours. |
| Court records search in a mountain village on the Russian-Azerbaijani border | Our legal team travelled a long way (over 200 km) along mountain roads to reach a court venue in the Russian Federation. As a result, we managed to get the case files. |
| Developing a strategy for working with bailiffs in 14 Russian regions | Acting for a major car dealer that faced issues with lifting restrictions on registration activities, we developed a system for liaising with bailiffs and reduced the time spent on this business process by a factor of four. |
